Central location, a 10-15 minute walk from the Palace. 2. the staff was helpful and excellent, always with a smiling face. 3. Our room was nicely furnished with a central patio and a private bathroom.

View over the Atlas mountains was exceptional, the room was huge and cheap. The staff was incredibly welcoming and extremely friendly, the beds were exceptionally comfortable. Its location in Marrakesh was perfect and great, near the "djemaa el fna", taxi's and local restaurants, the square and the souks. Tried some nice meals at Salt-Marrakech, located within short walking distance to the hotel.

We really enjoyed our deluxe suite with a private bathroom and kingsize bed. the food offered a good choice of local options. - the location of the riad was perfect for exploring many areas.

My stay at Riad Khabia was truly remarkable. From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed and at home. The staff went above and beyond to provide me with a detailed map and helpful tips on exploring the city. The location of the riad was perfect, within walking distance of all the main attractions. The rooftop terrace offered stunning views and was the perfect spot to enjoy breakfast each morning. The mint tea served at Riad Khabia was hands down the best I had in Marrakech. I had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend this riad to anyone visiting the city.

The generously designed Triple room at Riad Khabia & Spa in Marrakech was perfect for me as a solo traveler. With an additional bed, it offered more space and comfort than a typical double room.

Personally, I wasn't a fan of the en suite private bathrooms. But I understand that others might still enjoy this feature.
